Do you suffer, or know someone who is suffering from an addiction related problem?
We run two Gambling Helplines and a General Addictions Helpline to provide support, offer information, and advice to callers. If you have any questions or concerns about gambling, or any other addiction, please call our Helplines for immediate support.
The helpline is manned by a team of trained counsellors. All calls will be treated as confidential. The information you provide to us will not be disclosed to anyone outside our organization. Occasionally we may record your conversation for training and supervision of staff.
Our counsellors will listen to you attentively and provide advice, information and emotional support. If you require services that we are unable to provide, our counsellors will refer you to the relevant agencies where you can get the help you need.
You do not need to give us your name when you call. However, if you wish us to mail you information, or make an appointment for you, we will of course require your name and address.
If you’re unable to reach us during the operating hours, you may wish to leave your name and contact details, and we will get back to you the next working day.
